How do I return or exchange items, or cancel and modify orders before they ship?
G4free will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Why is my refund still not credited?
Return Shipping: If you have already sent back the item, please make sure you have entered the tracking number in our [Return Center].The system will track the return shipment in real time. Once the package arrives and is scanned into our warehouse, your refund will be automatically initiated.
Refund Timeline: After the refund is initiated, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
